I am quite sure a few here will be wondering if House Flipping will benefit them more than wholesaling. Simple answer to this would be if you have the extra capital and if you have time and expertise for minor repairs and minor renovation, you can go for house flipping as it will give you a better return. But be aware that this is going to cost you and has greater risk than wholesaling.
On the contrary, in real estate wholesaling, investment is a lot less upfront and takes little time to complete the deal. While wholesaling generally makes less money per deal, the short-time period will make up for lower returns in volume.
It is therefore upto the investors to decide which will work for them best and go ahead with the plan.
