I don’t see any great difference in real estate prices from 2020 in 2021. The reason being reduced mortgage rates, lack of supply and growing demands. There will be a dip in prices but definitely not a crash as predicted.
Statistics show that the average median days for houses on the market in Maryland was 29 days in 2020 but it has dropped to 8 days in 2021.
