Hey Carlos, we can’t pinpoint what the market is going to do, but we’re expecting to see more inventory of homes as we’re heading to the second half of 2021, and that would give more room and flexibility for first time home buyers.

Yes, planning to move into your own home is better now than any other time. Though there are forecasts of price drop in 2022, it is an assumption based on trends.

A good first step would be to hire a realtor who will do the planning, advising and negotiating part. Trust me, you will save a lot on money, time, and running around by just having all the work done by a realtor. Have faith and trust in him and be confident that their advice has your best interest. Hiring your Realtor early will help guide you all the way home.

The Realtor will probably inquire with you to find out what is important to you. Make sure you are clear about your ideas and demands and that they are on the same page with you. Also by having a frank conversation you will come to know if they have your best interests. They will on their part plan accordingly to meet your demands.
