A rehabbed home is a solution for buying an almost new home without having to pay the price of an actual new construction. We are at an advantage because everything will be new but what about the quality of the flooring used, cabinets, lights, etc. In actuality, as a buyer, we pay for everything. One disadvantage is that we cannot customize and it would be a criminal waste of money to change something that is brand new and unused.

Taking into consideration the pros and cons, it is up to each individual to decide whether to buy a rehabbed home or not.

How do rehabbers survive in this short inventory and competitive market?
